Product Availability

We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date. However, product availability is subject to change without notice. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer one of the following options:

  • Wait for the item to be restocked

  • Receive a comparable replacement product (if available)

  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Pricing & Availability Errors

GAZEBORA reserves the right to correct any errors, update product information, limit quantities, or cancel orders affected by such errors. If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
