Returned items must be:

  • In the original packaging

  • Complete with all included parts and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (such as a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
